Pu-erh Tea (Dark Tea)
Teas are considered “Dark” if fermentation continues after the tea is processed into its finished state. As such, this tea improves with age. Pu-erh is processed as both raw and fermented tea. Both, if stored properly, will increase in quality and value. Most Pu-erh is pressed into cakes, although loose leaf Pu-erh is available. Tea Dynasty can provide both cakes and loose leaf tea in both raw and fermented Pu-erh. As we grow, we hope to add dark teas from Hunan, Hubei, Guangxi provinces.
